1. Eligibility
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized or embroidered products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps.
3. Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, no extra cost to you.
